I started blogging in the year 2004 just to beat the boredom of being a stay at home pregnant wife. And then our first born came and my family and friends back home were always asking about our adorable baby so there, my blog became the instrument in communicating with them.
I’m a hip and cool mom to my two adorable kids– Andrea and Sean, a loving sweetheart to my sweet hubby and a responsible daughter to my parents. A good friend, obsessive-compulsive, serious & simple, a dreamer and a realist, a believer of God, simple and friendly, frugal but generous, quiet but playful, a movie buff and semi-techy as influenced by my hubby — a computer guru!
I love to cook and experiment with new recipes, read novels, magazines (esp. for gardening and interior design), child psychology books, read fairy tales and bedtime stories to my kids, blog and blog hop. I would love to learn French and Spanish languages. I want to travel around Europe. My weaknesses are bags and shoes, scented candles in different colors and shapes, jellybeans addict and loves sunset in my kitchen 🙂
I love life. Waking up each day with my loved ones, nurturing my kids with unwavering love and my adherence to keep them disciplined for them to be human beings with souls. There is no exact recipe for my life but I always put lots and  lots of love, a dash of tears to be friendly once in a while with sadness, sprinkled with hardship and a cup of oozing zest for life.
My family comes first in my priorities. My family is my life. My life revolves around them, my loving hubby and my brilliant kids. And I love to be with my friends, reaching out to them and treasuring them as one of the gems in my life. I’m very much blessed to have few wonderful friends. They are those who stick with me during my highest highs and lowest blows of life. They are at my side to give comforting words and they don’t easily judge. They respect me and my family. They don’t give unsolicited bad advices. They come in many forms: my mother, my father, my husband, my brother, my loving and adorable kids and my friends and most of all I have also a bosom friend …just look up there and you can see HIM.:)
“To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and affection of children; to learn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of FALSE friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a little bit better, whether by a healthy child, a patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because YOU have lived. This is to have Succeeded.” by:Ralph Waldo Emerson
